Safe guard health insurance
As you know, Medicare is an insurance policy for those aged 65 and over, and also for those who have certain disabilities. It has four parts: Part A covers inpatient hospital services, Part B covers outpatient medical care Part C is a managed care plan Part D covers prescription insurance for drugs.
The majority of people who qualify for Medicare have worked and paid into the system via payroll taxes. If you are not eligible for premium-free Part A, you may still be able to get it through a monthly cost.
Parts B and C have monthly premiums , too that are based on your income. You could also be required to pay coinsurance and deductibles for some services.
