When you start a new meditation practice, you might be excited about it however, you soon find yourself bored. You should never berate yourself for your mind's wandering or wanders, since this can lead to burnout. Instead, try bringing your focus back to your breathing. Once you're done, you can be sure to tell yourself "good for you." Some people might find the challenge too much to bear, and eventually quit. There are many strategies that you can employ to keep staying focused.
