The number of homes available for sale in the U.S. fell to 910,000 in November, a two-year low according to the National Association of Realtors. Sellers may have put off listing their homes due to the busy holiday season, the colder temperatures and coronavirus cases. Whatever the reason the housing market continues to favor sellers. This is a great thing for buyers. The market is thriving but the lack of homes for sale is making home shopping difficult.
