Morning prompts include; I am grateful for, my aims of the day, Things I need to do today, I will let go of, Notes/positive affirmation. Evening Prompt; How was my day today. All you need to do is spend a 2 minutes a day filling the prompts within the journal pages every day. You will begin to see a change in pattern from negative to positive within a few days.
