·         Management: Dr. RG Bailey

·         Accounting, Governance, Controls and Reporting: Mike Pugh

·         Production/Reserves: Dr. Robert J. Miles & John Harris

 

Dr. RG Bailey: 50+ years of experience, former President of Exxon, $18 Billion annual budget, $4.5 MM daily production.

 

Mike Pugh: 40+ years’ experience in accounting, controls, and public reporting in major petroleum companies (Santa Fe Energy, Devon Energy), culminating as International Treasure of Devon Energy.

 

Dr. Robert J. Miles: 20+ years’ experience, Dr. Miles led over 100 geological and geophysical exploration projects across over 25 states in the U.S. Predictive success rate above 85% over the last two years.

 

John Harris: 16+ years geological, project assessment and reserve analysis.
