Achieve Mental Wellness

 

 

One of the most crucial elements of total wellbeing is mental well-being. Mental well-being, or state of mind, is an indicator of a person's mental and emotional well-being. It also indicates their capacity to live an enjoyable and productive existence. Mental well-being includes the ability to concentrate, make accurate judgments, solve problems, manage anger, frustration, stress and be aware of one's surroundings. Mental well-being has many physical components as well. Physical health is measured by strength and stamina; lack of muscle tone and bone mass, fat, and flexibility; low thyroid function; depression and fatigue.
