heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about devin Fitzpatrick Art Consultants Review: Guide till konst utsmyckning for att undvika misstag on November 20th 2017

Folj ratt skala hela tiden.

Inte alla konststycken ar konstruerade for vaggar. Blanda olika konststycken av nagon form till resten av ditt hus dar de kan sattas pa baksidan av din soffa eller pa toppen av en byra.

Questions?

1. What basic skills do I need to run a business?

2. What business should I choose?

3. What do I need to start my business?

4. How long will it take to start a small business?

5. How can I get my business certified as minority or women owned?

6. What insurance should I have?

7. Do I need to obtain a Federal Identification Number?

What basic skills do I need to run a business?

Starting a business can be challenging and previous business experience can be an important success factor. First hand knowledge of business and its four functional areas – management, operations, marketing, finance – and an understanding of the role of technology, contribute to a solid foundation and provide a basis for making informed business decisions.

What business should I choose?

Business experience is a plus, and the right kind of experience gives you an edge. Having worked in the industry you choose for your new business gives you insight and know-how that can be invaluable. Combine your background in the industry with strong management skills and you are on your way to success.

What do I need to start my business?

The Texas Road Map to Starting a Business contains directions to get your business off the ground and help strengthen our state economy along the way. This booklet covers eight essential steps to starting a new business.

How can I get my business certified as minority or women owned?

Federal, state and local government agencies as well as large private sector corporations have different eligibility requirements and application processes for certifying your business. The common denominator is that the business MUST be at lease 51% owned and controlled by one or more individuals who are eligible for certification. Consult your target customer to determine which certification(s) they accept. Then, learn the requirements and rules to determine if you are eligible to apply.

What insurance should I have?

An important aspect of your business is a well-planned insurance program. Types of insurance you should consider are:

•  Property Insurance

•  Liability Insurance

•  Product Liability Insurance

•  Automobile Insurance

•  Workers' Compensation

•  Disability Insurance

•  Business Interruption Insurance

•  Health Insurance

•  Life Insurance

Do I need to obtain a Federal Identification Number?

Sole proprietorships without employees can use the proprietor's social security number as a business identification number, providing the proprietor uses his or her own name for the business. Using a different name and/or hiring employees requires obtaining a federal identification number from the Internal Revenue Service (Form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number).

heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about security and Risk Complaints Online on Home instead launches cybersecurity campaign on February 24th 2017

By Mat Batts the Dispatch

Home Instead Senior Care launched a nationwide campaign Friday aimed at better preparing seniors for internet scams and financial fraud attempts.

The effort, a partnership with the National Cyber Security Alliance, includes online resources as well as in-person seminars that provide detailed explanations of what online scams are and how senior citizens can stay protected.

The new program comes at a particularly relevant time locally, Home Instead Community Engagement Coordinator Shannon Holland said, as Davidson County residents continue to question how the sensitive information of more than 3,200 Davidson County Schools employees was breached through a phishing scam last month.

Holland said Lexington’s Home Instead office is offering the cybersecurity seminar to any community groups interested in learning more about the threats senior citizens could face.

According to a press release accompanying the fraud prevention rollout, Home Instead said senior citizens are often targeted by scammers because of a perceived accumulated wealth, and the idea that seniors might be less likely to report the crime.

“For seniors, this is a time in their lives when they should be able to trust that their life’s earning are protected,” Shanna Howard, owner of the local Home Instead office serving Davidson and Davie counties, said in the release. “Unfortunately, we know there are people who violate this trust.

“That’s why we are committed to helping seniors understand the ways they are at risk online and how to protect their information to reduce their chances of being scammed.”

Home Instead reported that nearly 97 percent of seniors age 70 and older are using the internet at least once a week to check email, manage money and keep in touch via social media. Of those who use the internet, according to a Home Instead survey, 67 percent have been the victim or target of at least one common online scam or hack. More than 38 percent, the survey said, report that someone has tried to scam them online, and 28 percent of surveyed seniors have mistakenly downloaded a computer virus.

According to a survey conducted by Home Instead on the cybersecurity risks senior citizens face, approximately one in five seniors operates a computer without any anti-virus software. Sixty-eight percent of the seniors surveyed report using a single password to protect their accounts across multiple websites.

Tax season also presents additional challenges for seniors who risk inadvertently revealing personal tax information or falling victim to a scam by someone posing as the IRS. While most seniors reported doing their taxes offline in the Home Instead survey, more 20 percent of seniors did report filing their taxes online and said they felt safe doing so.

Included in both the online and hard-copy information provided through the Home Instead program are tips on how to spot scams related to the IRS and who to contact in the event of an attempted scam.

“Cybersecurity is about risk reduction,” Michael Kaiser, executive director of the National Cyber Security Alliance, said in the release. “It’s difficult to achieve perfect security. But you can help older adults work to make themselves a more difficult target.”

Home Instead recommends that seniors create strong passwords and vary them from website to website, to avoid the risk of a large-scale breach in the event that a password is recovered by a scammer.

Additional tips also include monitoring a senior’s privacy settings on social media to ensure that information is shared only with close friends and family. Seniors who receive an inquiry online about taxes or a bank account should contact the company directly by phone to determine if the inquiry is legitimate.

An online quiz provided through protectseniorsonline.com walks seniors through 10 specific scenarios related to internet use, asking if they detect any red flags. Based on their answers, the quiz breaks down each risk with suggested courses of actions should a senior citizen come across a similar situation in real life.

Anyone interested in hosting a Home Instead internet security education seminar can contact Lexington’s Home Instead office at (336) 249-1011.

Get Prepared: How to Safeguard your Small Business against Cyberattacks

Every business that uses a computer, email, software and the internet on a daily basis should establish computer security to protect their business on threats from cybercriminals. In most cases, small business are an appealing target for cybercriminals due to their lack of resources in establishing a strong security for their website, accounts and networks systems, thus, making cyberattacks a relatively easy job. Remember, a single successful cyberattack can seriously damage your business. Here are some and simple practices you should implement to strengthen the internet security of your small business:

·         Create and implement basic security practices and policies for all your employees to abide and educate them on cyberattacks and the impact it may bring to the business. This will ensure that your staff has appropriate awareness training, so that everyone understands their role in keeping the business secure.

·         Frequently back up important data. For added security, encrypt it. Store your backup copies either offsite or in the cloud. Computers and electronic devices must be physically locked and secured to prevent unauthorized access.

·         You must require a strong unique password on all your computers to make sure that only authorized individuals have access to the data. Consider creating a password expiration policy or implement a multi-factor authentication that requires additional details aside from a password to gain entry from the system.

·         Make yourself updated on latest schemes that cybercriminals do to victimize a business. Learning the newest threats on your business will help you in establishing a plan to protect your business even more.

·         Make it a habit of shredding documents and receipts that contain sensitive information such as personal and financial details if it is no longer needed.

·         One of the basic precautions to protect your company’s data is to make sure that all computers have antivirus and antispyware software installed and up-to-date. Make use of firewalls and spam filters too for added security.

·         Consider the services of a trustworthy company that works with small business to do difficult or time-consuming task. Such as utilizing the payroll service of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP).

Fighting Online Fraud Through eDNA by Online Security

Long ago, a cartoon ran in The New Yorker, showing a canine seated at a desktop computer. “On the internet,” ran the caption, “nobody knows you’re a dog.”

The same premise holds true today and poses a knotty question in online commerce and FinTech: How do you know the person on the other end of a transaction is really who they say they are? And even if you do confirm their identity, how do you know that person can be trusted?

One firm, IdentityMind Global, provides real-time risk management and fraud prevention through “digital identities,” collecting data across dozens of parameters, separating the financial ecosystem into good actors — those deserving of trust (and completed transactions) — and, well, bad actors.

In an interview with PYMNTS’ Karen Webster, Garrett Gafke, president, CEO and founder of IdentityMind Global, said that the construction of digital identities, by necessity, goes well beyond data that might be thought of as standard, such as a street address, a credit card number or a two-factor security question test.

True merchant risk goes hand-in-hand with global digital commerce and, as Gafke described it, comes in the form of people with little or no history — no history of driver’s licenses, credit cards issued, traditional bank accounts or other standard bits of information. They may not even be scored by the traditional credit bureaus. Yet, these individuals are looking to do business and conduct transactions. Their would-be partners on the other end of the transaction must decide whether to enter into a relationship (however fleeting) with that consumer … or not.

Gafke noted that “transactions of any kind leave a kind of financial, online exhaust” and that each transaction has attributes that, taken together over time, ultimately, can be assembled into a digital identity. “This is real, current information,” said Gafke, “rather than just public, physical information. Good reputations are built slowly, while bad reputations come very quickly.”

That digital identity is established, as Gafke said, in IdentityMind Global’s platform, which links and finds correlations between disparate bits of information and transaction trails that “process, capture, rate and build overall profiles on online identities.” Emails, digital wallets and payments are all linked together, said the executive, to build a “trusted” digital identity.

“Trust” would be the operative word in the relationship between individuals and the firms with which they seek to do business. Trust would also extend to, and be colored by, the people associated with that individual or business. Consider how, in the age of social media, amidst concerns about money laundering, an individual might be viewed with demonstrable trails of following, say, terrorist-linked groups on Twitter.

In a recent whitepaper by the firm, IdentityMind Global also noted that additional data points may come from internet-enabled devices, which can, for instance, help bring location into consideration when determining good actors from bad and in screening across sanctioned individuals or nations.

Using these techniques, said IdentityMind Global in its whitepaper, can help reduce manual review time. There is also a financially positive impact, via a 60 percent reduction in transactional fraud from chargebacks and a 90 percent reduction in fraud that comes at the point of account origination.

heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about japanese government plans cyber attack institute by Online Security on December 20th 2016

The government of Japan will create an institute to train employees to counter cyber attacks. The institute, which will be operational early next year, will focus on preventing cyber attacks on electrical systems and other infrastructure.

The training institute, which will operate as part of Japan’s Information Technology Promotion Agency(IPA), is the first center for training in Japan to focus on preventing cyber attacks. A government source said that the primary aims will be preventing a large-scale blackout during the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in 2020, and stopping leaks of sensitive power plant designs.

The source also stated that there is potential for a joint exercise in cyber awareness between the Japanese group and foreign cybersecurity engineers in the future.

The counter cyber attack training institute will take 100 employees of electrical power and related firms and train them for a full year in Tokyo, using former hackers and cyber security experts as instructors. Funds will be allocated through an extra budget that is currently being compiled.

Cyber security is a growing concern in Japan, where over 12 billion cyber attacks were reported in 2014 by the National Institute of Information Technology. The Japanese national police force reported that instances of cyber crime investigated by the police rose 40% from 2014-2015. In February of this year, a study at Cylance SPEAR identified a hacking group that was targeting Japanese infrastructure. While the group was involved mainly in spying activities and had yet to launch a disruptive or destructive attack, the report warned that the activity was likely to escalate.

The need for a comprehensive cybersecurity training program focused on electrical infrastructure was highlighted after the December 2015 power outage in Ukraine, which left 230,000 citizens without power or heat. That attack, the first time a confirmed hack brought down a power grid, demonstrated the vulnerability of electrical stations to a malicious cyber attack. While employees were able to bring the systems back online in a few hours, the power station control centers were reportedly not fully operational for months after the attack.

In June of 2015, Japan’s pension agency was illegally accessed, and the personal data of over 1 million users was leaked. Then, in January of this year, Japan’s Hokkaido University suffered a breach that resulted in the leak of personal data for 110,000 of its students. An unsecured server in the career placement office was believed to be the source of the hack.

As one of the people living locally in Bournemouth, I see Harmony Chinese Takeaway as the best local takeaway. Its Chinese cuisine is incomparable to others. Its friendly service also makes us enjoy their food. They are the best providers of delicious Chinese foods in our area. You can be certain that each dish is served with delicious flavors. In particular, their beef and chicken were always cooked in good quality with good sized portions. People should try their chicken balls because they were so tasty and were viewed as the biggest ones.

Preparing their food is based on high standards, so it's no doubt that customers will be astonished by their service and food, especially with their quick delivery and honest serving. Tourists also consider Harmony Chinese Takeaway as a place that only offers awesome and outstanding Chinese food in Bournemouth.

Harmony is one of those rare takeaways that everyone liked, their food made every person who's not fond of Chinese cuisine love them. We tried a lot of different Chinese restaurants but this particular takeaway got our attention. Since all of their food was delicious, you can't choose which one is your favorite since every dish offers a different taste and has a wonderful flavor.

With its good reviews, it seems that most of their customers can't help but to come back again to the place to experience its good food. Even when you accidentally made a mistake when you ordered online, they could handle such situation properly. A customer can truly depend on Harmony Chinese Takeaway in providing superb food and service.

Personally, this place has been close to my heart ever since the day I began ordering their food. Though the time is short, I often chat with its people and have a good time. Waiting for my food to finish has never been this rewarding. With them, I now found the place where I'll always buy worthwhile food. Anyone living in Bournemouth, as well as its surrounding areas, should try the food at Harmony Chinese Takeaway.

heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about top 5 bizarre interview questions and how to answer them on August 16th 2016

There’s an apocryphal story that has been bandied about for years, about an interview where the interviewer asked a candidate: “Do something to surprise me”. The interviewee got out his lighter and set fire to the interviewer’s newspaper. It’s not an action we would advise emulating, but very definitely comes under the heading of utterly incomprehensible interview questions.

Why do these questions get asked?

"Why do these questions get asked" is a tricky question to answer, but as it appears to have started in Silicon Valley during the tech boom its roots are likely to be found in the free-thinking, mould-breaking philosophy that many of the tech pioneers applied to their businesses. Ultimately for some interviewer it’s about unearthing someone who offers more than just “can you do the job”. Wall Street soon followed suit and the practice has become more commonplace. The question for most of us is not why are they asked but how do I answer them?

First and foremost you should remember there isn’t a right answer, depending on the nature of the question, which these questions are about your thought processes, your coolness under pressure, your personality and your approach to problem solving. What you don’t do is say, “I don’t know”, or “that’s a good question” and stare off into space. Let’s take the question: “How many cricket bats are there in the world?” You could either pluck an answer out of thin air: “Three million?”, or go about figuring out how to work it out. “Well, if the population of the sporting public in the UK is X, and a tenth of them play cricket, then that’s XX for the UK, plus another X for the cricketing population in India…” etc. This is the sort of approach the employer would be looking for.

Five types of questions you might encounter

1. Lots of these questions fall along the lines of if you were a colour/an animal/a garden gnome/a car/a food/a computer application (yes, really) what one would you be and why? Try to think of the qualities of the object and how they might relate to your skills or character.

2. What are all the different uses you can think of for a lemon? Apparently asked during an interview for an airline pilot, this type of question is designed to find out how much of a creative thinker you are.

3. Who would you invite to a dinner party/what superhero/movie character would you be/who is your role model? In other words, what character traits do you most admire in other people and why? Think about what specific things they have achieved and what it is about those achievements that you admire so much.

4. How many people will be on Facebook in New York on a Friday afternoon? There are a raft of questions that are much more technical in nature and much more aligned to the role you are seeking. This question was aimed at a marketing executive, and was probing how well they understand the use of social media around the world.

5. Tell me a story. This is a firm favourite, and represents a golden opportunity for you to tell a work-related anecdote that is also relevant to the role in question and also illustrates how you see other people and the world around you.

Preparation, preparation, preparation

This is the key to a good interview. However, these questions are not something that you can easily prepare for. If your job is a technical one, brush up on your technical knowledge. If it’s a creative role, keep a clear head and try to analyse how you would approach some of these types of questions. Above all, expect the unexpected!

Richard Isaacs MD: At your service!

Dr. Isaacs’ credentials, as seen in his web homepage, are not just impressive but awesome in many respects. For one, he not only has a specialization in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery but also has wide grasp and experience in other medical fields, such as cancer (facial skin cancer, jaw tumor, laryngeal cancer, paranasal sinus cancer and thyroid cancer, to name a few) and has been involved in innovative medical care utilizing robotics and computer technology.

Such vast experience and expertise possessed by one physician should not come as a surprise from one who attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor as an undergraduate and finished with honors. Rich, for short, was born and raised in Detroit and took up his medical studies at Wayne State University School of Medicine in that city, graduating, as we would have expected, with honors.

Rich joined Kaiser Permanente in 1995 and he has Advanced Certification in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery. His specialties include orbital, nasal, and maxillofacial surgery, as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Additionally, Rich is trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and is also highly involved in post-tumor facial reanimation and facial reconstruction surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as of the American College of Surgeons. Rich has also published many articles in various publications.

Rich has a passion for teaching and has trained medical students, residents and fellows from the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, Drexel University College of Medicine (Philadelphia), and Northstate University School of Medicine (Elk Grove) where he teaches as a Professor of Otolaryngology. Serving as a teacher-doctor could be considered one of the highest accomplishments any professional or any person can have, for that matter. Skills and knowledge can grow not just through study and research but through passing them on to more people who can practice them as well as improve them for more people to benefit from.

As a Physician-In-Chief, Rich has proven his himself to be a good leader as well as a trusted practitioner. In April of 2005, He was appointed to the Physician-In-Chief position for the South Sacramento and Elk Grove Medical Facilities. He supervises 450 physicians and more than 3,000 nurses and staff who care for the 210,000 Kaiser Permanente members in the South Sacramento and Elk Grove areas. Rich also serves as the Medical Director of operations, including all inpatient and outpatient departments. He also works as the Chief Medical Officer for the 290 bed Acute Care Hospital and ACS Level II Trauma Center.

Does Rich still have time to do something else?

We all know doctors are quite busy people but they do find time to enjoy life. Hence, as impressive as Rich’s credentials may appear, he does find time to be an active sportsman, being an Alpine Member at the National Ski Patrol. And while he is at that, he likewise provides comprehensive care to injured skiers at the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. Now, that is impressive as well as admirable – having a great, exhilarating time and serving fellow sports-enthusiasts when they need medical care.

What can we say but present to you Dr. Richard “Rich” Isaacs – at your service! He must enjoy what he is doing.

Two decades of prime orthopedic surgical care - Howard Marans MD

For many years now, people in Southern California trust and respect Dr. Howard Marans’ specialty, along with his incredible effort in providing quality orthopedic surgical care. He’s one of the most distinguished orthopedic surgeons in Orange County, and his team delivers expert medical care in a warm setting in the heart of Southern California.

Surprisingly, Sarah Hammer, a 2012 Olympic silver medalist, has been his patient. Along with Sarah, a lot of patients have made Howard their personal physician because of his safe and prompt care. He often treats conditions of the upper and lower extremities.

With his help, patients can return to their daily activities as soon as safely possible. He can discuss with the patients the nature of their injury, and impart methods on how to prevent it from happening again.

Howard also offers pain management to his patients. As we all know, pain is an unpleasant feeling or discomfort caused by injury, illness or emotional disorder. Diseases and inflammations are some of the causes of severe pain.

He’s a man of dedication. He always makes sure that he’s giving his best in giving a precise diagnosis, a comprehensive explanation of treatment options and expectations, and proper execution of the chosen treatment whether non-surgical or surgical. With this, it’s apparent that he has a busy practice for more than 20 years. His commitment to the field is beyond compare.

Howard Marans MD provides prompt care utilizing established orthopedic treatments and innovative surgical and arthroscopic procedures. You can be sure that you’ll get back to your softball league or return to play on your school team with the help of his expertise.

Importance of Orthopedic Surgeons

Most people suffer from various problems on their musculoskeletal system every year, which were rooted from an injury or a disease. This then results to a slow down and restriction of movements.

Therapy and non-invasive treatments can be done on individuals with minor disease or injury since these methods are more than enough to treat the problem of the musculoskeletal system.

In order to repair the problem of people suffering from an acute injury or fighting a serious disease, a surgery is needed. Orthopedic surgeons are responsible for manipulating the musculoskeletal system in the human body and repairing the injuries, as well as fighting the diseases that attack it.

The musculoskeletal system is composed of bones, muscles, ligaments, and other connective tissues that allow the body to move. Orthopedic surgeons dedicate their time treating this particular system of the body. Sports injuries, degenerative disease, and congenital diseases are mostly the culprits in attacking the musculoskeletal system. As mentioned earlier, these could make an individual suffer a loss of range of motion or experience limited mobility.

There’s a battlefield waiting for you if you’re an aspiring orthopedic surgeon. You’re advised to be completely prepared in order to conquer this endeavor. You must not give up despite the unimaginable difficulties because it’ll be all worth it in the end, once you’re rewarded with a degree and licensure for practicing in this highly competitive field of medicine.

The standard education system for an orthopedic surgeon includes four years of undergraduate study culminating in a bachelor’s degree, usually in biology, chemistry, or another field of science; four years of medical school training that includes two years of pre-clinical courses and an internship; and residency training.

Orthopedics has one of the longest residency training programs among other medical fields due to its intricate nature. Just imagine what Dr. Howard Marans and other orthopedic surgeons have been through. Orthopedic surgeons have to take five years residency program with one year of general surgery training followed by four years of training in orthopedic surgery. More than 600 students complete residency training programs every year in the United States.

Some orthopedic surgeons continue their training in a sub-specialty within orthopedic surgery, which includes foot and ankle surgery, hand surgery, musculoskeletal oncology, orthopedic trauma, pediatric orthopedics, shoulder and elbow surgery, spine surgery, surgical sports medicine, and total joint reconstruction (arthroplasty).

Orthopedic surgeons can specialize in various sub-specialties, but first, Howard Marans MD wants you to remember two important things:

1. Sub-specialties normally require additional training in a fellowship program, which

lasts 1-2 years (depending on the research requirements) after the completion of a residency.

2. An individual who specializes in one of those sub-specialties isn’t always considered an orthopedic surgeon. For example, neurologists specialize in spine surgery, but they’re not orthopedic surgeons.

Howard agrees that orthopedic surgeons are, indeed, true warriors. The path to becoming an orthopedic surgeon has a lot of obstacles and hardships, and without serious dedication and strong will, an individual might fail to succeed in this field of medicine. Orthopedics has a long and difficult educational program, but for those who survived this battle will find themselves in a well-paid, highly competitive field with a first-class group of peers.

There are more than 20,000 practicing orthopedic surgeons and residents, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, and they represent only 3-4% of all practicing physicians. There are several factors that contribute to the salary of an orthopedic surgeon, it includes the location of his workplace, years of experience, and the size of the business, which are often similar to any career field. Each year, an orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. could earn around $440,979, which is considered as the median salary.

Howard Marans MD specializes in arthroscopic surgery, open reduction and internal fixation of fractures, sports medicine, and the treatment of arthritis. His team can take good care of you if you have any problems with your shoulder, knee, hand, wrist, elbow, or ankle. He serves more than 20 cities in the entire Southern California and Fountain Valley.

A lot of people in the region choose Howard as their personal surgeon because they strongly believe that he’s the most capable physician to perform a surgery on the injured part of their body. He’s also working very hard every day to give his patients a quality orthopedic surgical care, so all the recognitions he’s receiving right now is a strong testament that he’s doing an excellent job in orthopedics.

heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about mossack Fonseca Panama: Hub for Maritime Trade on January 4th 2016

November 20, 2015 ―The Judiciary of the Republic of Panama and the International Trademark Association (INTA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that sets forth a foundation for future cooperation between the two groups, and recognizes both the need for robust intellectual property (IP) systems in a rapidly changing and increasingly integrated global economy as well as the central role of Panama in international maritime trade.

Panama’s economy and infrastructure have driven its rapid rise in the areas of maritime trade and intellectual property protection.

Panama’s Economy

Panama has one of the fastest growing economies in the world, to wit:

•Over the past 10 years, Panama’s GDP has grown at an annual average rate of 7.8%.

•The IMF has projected Panama’s GDP growth at 6.1% and 6.4% for 2015 and 2016, respectively―far outpacing all countries of North and South America.

•Poverty levels in Panama have been reduced from 39.9% to 26.2% percent over the past decade.

Panama’s Infrastructure

•The Panama Canal is arguably the most important maritime waterway in the world, connecting North and South America and the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.

•In 2016, the Panama Canal expansion project will be completed. The existing locks can handle cargo ships carrying up to 5,000 20-foot containers (TEUs). The expanded locks will handle megaships carrying up to 13,000 TEUs. The expanded canal will only bolster Panama’s role as an international business hub, and the canal’s annual revenue is projected to increase from $2.6 billion in 2014 to $6.2 billion by 2025.

•A vastly expanded, ultra-modern international airport with connections throughout the world.

•The world’s second largest free trade zone with170 multinational companies and over 100 international banks

Panama’s Maritime Trade and Intellectual Property Protection

Both INTA and the Panamanian government appreciate the impact of the Panama Canal expansion on global trade and the global trademark community. Transshipment and transit of goods through free trade zones and free ports contribute significantly to the trafficking of counterfeit goods, and eighty percent of the goods passing through the canal are goods in transit. The MOU will serve to develop cooperative activities in the field of trademarks and other related areas. INTA and the Judiciary have already begun organizing judicial training seminars. Other areas of future cooperation include:

•Development of collaborative projects related to trademarks, dispute settlement, trademark rights enforcement, and other related areas;

•Exchange of information, experiences and educational materials;

•Development of studies; and

•Organization of meetings and conferences.

“Panama plays a critically important role in the global economy and international maritime trade and this will only increase with the expansion of the Panama Canal,” said INTA President J. Scott Evans. “At the same time, Panama’s economy and middle class are growing. The INTA looks forward to working with the Judiciary to enhance its effectiveness for brand owners and consumers in Panama and around the world.”

The INTA released this micro-documentary video to explain the impact of the Panama Canal expansion on brand owners and consumers around the world.

Why are these statements all lies?

"The honeymoon is over. We can't get the spark back in our marriage."

"When I married you, I expected you'd stay in love with me."

"This other person is my soul mate and so I've got to get a divorce."

When you meet someone and fall in love, it seems like your love will last forever. So you get married. You want a permanent feeling of love. Yet sooner or later, it happens . . . no more spark.

Maybe a marriage counselor tells you to take a weekend trip together. If you enjoy the weekend, you might feel a little spark again. But once you get back to your routine, the honeymoon is over again.

Maybe you try a drug or drink some wine to make your marriage better. If it helps, it is only temporary and then drops to new lows. Besides, who wants to depend on a chemical for a good marriage?

All too often, husbands and wives give up. They either learn to live with a dead relationship or get divorced.

The biggest lie is that once you get married, you can sit back and enjoy it. Unfortunately, a marriage does not exist just because you have a marriage license. A family does not exist just because you have children Meir Ezra.

"It's very easy to break down a family because there is no relationship in a family except a pretended relationship."

"Now, I'm not saying that marriage is a false relationship. It isn't. In this society and time, a family is the closest knit, self-perpetuating, self-protecting unit and is necessary economically and otherwise to the society the way it's rigged at this present time."

GENERAL INFORMATION

Gran Turismo. Travel in big style. That means combining dynamic performance and comfort – and transforming distance into free space. BMW Motorrad’s vision was the essence of this philosophy – the pure sense of Gran Turismo. This vision has now taken shape in the new K 1600 GT. The in-line six-cylinder engines by BMW are legendary. A myth which has been realized once more in the K 1600 GT – but now more compactly than ever before. 1,649 cc, 160 hp and a maximum torque of 129 foot pounds. Even the facts are impressive. But the riding experience is even more inspiring. The transversely installed power units delivers an extraordinary level of dynamic performance as well as refined running smoothness. If the rider is in the mood for a show of sporty prowess, the engine willingly puts in a burst of speed even in the lower engine speed range, and it is in its element over high-speed stretches. Over 70% of the maximum torque is available from just 1,500 rpm. While the bike’s power reserves are huge, its dimensions are reduced. Weighing just under 227 pounds and with a width of 21.8 inches – never was a large-volume in-line six-cylinder so compact. For outstanding handling and increased banking freedom. And a whole new touring bike feel. For better visibility going into bends, the GT presents a world premiere for motorcycles: the optionally available adaptive headlight. It not only increases the exclusivity but also the active safety of the machine. Vision fulfilled. The K 1600 GT. UNSTOPPABLE TOUR.

The FourTrax Rancher is one of the most versatile ATV’s on the market. The Honda Rancher’s durability, toughness, and dependability are all incredible aspects of this ATV, but the characteristic that sets the Rancher apart from the rest is the ability to choose from a huge range of Rancher options, in order to find one that exactly fits your wants and needs. Depending on whether you need an ATV for your ranch, trail riding, hunting/fishing, farm or job site, the Rancher has options that allow you to comfortably and effectively complete almost any job.

heartrays14 wrote a journal entry about dr. Richard Isaacs, MD - A Man with a Lifetime Medical Mission on November 20th 2015

In general, medicine is recognized as a very broad area of study and involves so many various fields of health-care as well as different approaches and applications, whether we are talking of traditional, alternative and even emotional-healing practices. Most people, however, rely on the general field of medical practice accepted by countries and societies as the scientific and professional field of health-care practiced by graduates of Schools of Medicine and are referred to as Doctors of Medicine (MD’s).

Today, the willingness or passion to provide people with physical healing is not fully applied or recognized without leaving the comfort of one’s world and into the greater arena of the vast majority of people who need healing and proper medical care. The worldwide web has significantly eased the problem of how to make health care readily accessible to others. And, obviously in medicine Richard Isaacs MD or the medical profession, as it is often referred to by those tasked with providing health care to the ailing patient, the patient must not only seek the doctor; the doctor must also make himself or herself available and accessible as much as possible.

The physician or MD, in general, needs to be fully equipped and qualified to offer basic health care using methods accepted by most public health-providers in accordance with modern professional health-care methods. However, we all know that even old traditional healing approaches, which have been proven by modern research to be effective and are administered by more and more doctors along with modern medical practices, for instance, acupuncture, chelation and others. Which means that we have advanced in such a way that we have greatly enhanced the human power to serve the health needs of many people who require effective medical attention. Likewise, those who are given the function of administering such highly-specialized expertise must have a source of surplus amounts of diligence, persistence and altruism not easily available to majority of people.

A primary model of this innovative professional medical practitioner is Dr. Richard Isaacs, MD, who has availed of the Internet to widely post his qualifications and his specialization to more people needing his particular field of practice. This direct way of promoting one’s profession to the greater community online may seem a bit unusual and even suspicious to many. Yes, it may even seem to demean the respected position the medical doctor whom many view as being more altruistic or unselfish than other professions.

The Republic of Panama is not included on the District of Columbia’s (DC) list of tax havens for fiscal year 2016. The DC Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Support Act of 2015 defines “tax haven” as a jurisdiction that:

*Has no effective tax, or a nominal tax on the relevant income

*Has laws and practices that prevent the exchange of tax information with other governments

*Lacks transparency

*Facilitates the establishment of foreign entities without a local presence or impact on local economy

*Excludes local residents from taking advantage of the tax regime’s benefits

*Has a tax regime that is favorable for tax avoidance

The government of Panama has recently enacted laws that include stringent controls, supervision, and regulation of its banking, financial, and non-financial sectors.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude. You’ve done an excellent job teaching me. At first I was very skeptic, because my business was very successful. I was a very good husband and father, very motivated, confident and competent.

What Meir Ezra teaching has done in my life - words cannot describe. I have achieved new levels with everything.

I thought I loved people and yet I was lacking in some areas of my life. I can write a book about it, but I’ll share just a few VERY important words that were missing in my vocabulary like: Validation, Admiration, Confronting, Beingness, etc.

I was able to turn a HUGE problem into a barrier I can overcome. I am on the road to achieve it. Once everything is done I’ll share more.

Today I am a great husband and father, a much better business man and a better human being. What I’ve learned is unmatchable.

You are an amazing man full of life and appreciation.

Meir Ezra entrepreneur with years of experience across a wide range of fields and an inventor with many patents registered to his name. Established the most successful distributor of gasoline management systems, a company that within three years grew to $100,000,000.

Meir Ezra Blog and Guaranteed Results

“Follow The Processes And You Cannot Fail”

Those are the words that first caught my attention in November 2012. Since that time I have invested over 1,000 hours in training with Meir Ezra and supporting resources. It is not the training that results in the guarantee. It is the application of the training that allows Meir to clearly state with every product offered that he guarantees you will be happy with the event or course or coaching. If not your money is returned.

What Is The Secret Behind Offering An Iron Clad Guarantee?

There is not secret! Here is the formula and I know because I now work with him and I am responsible for the Division that delivers coaching and courses. The formula.

1. Deliver amazing content that is so valuable for building a business and is founded on principles of personal ethics and happiness.

2. Structure a coaching system where the client sees progress daily and when they do not they understand what action is needed. This system like other business processes begins with clear targets. These targets are part of a bigger picture of developing a client organization that has seven divisions in harmony. The larger picture is in line of site however, this ideal scene is developed by producing income from transactions. The faster the client is able to produce income the sooner the idea scene can be painted. The daily and weekly focus is on answering the question “what do I need to do today to get the lead that I want, sell the product or service I want – in other words what do I need to do today to achieve my daily weekly monthly etc goals?” Of course that is how the client is guided by the coach.

3. Meir leads the team that delivers the services to the clients. This does not just mean he is at the top of the Organization Board. This means he tracks everything that is being done and in the case of coaching there is a third party quality control system that includes a written report and a recording that goes directly to Meir and the coach.

4. Meir Ezra teaches and lives the principle “we are the cause”! This means if the client is not succeeding it is because of the teacher not the client unless there is a personal behavior barrier for the client. Even then Meir’s view is let’s help the person then we can restore helping them build their business.

This is only a “birds eye” view of the process. For me personally, I have consistently achieved success with coaching clients. Now that I am applying what Meir teaches, I am seeing the success curve increasing much more rapidly. Here is one example and we have quite a few developing at this point: One of our clients has a definitive skill but was not using that skill to make money. He was working on an idea for a different business when we met him. Meir looked at this situation and in a couple minutes outlined the plan for him making money. I called him today since he had not responded to several emails and he is normally very good about that. He apologized and said he has just been busy working with companies and making money. I will get an update on then numbers in a few days. I already know he is on track to exceed his targeted monthly income.

I will end with this: As a coach I am accountable for the success of those I coach. As a Div Head I am accountable for the success of all in the coaching program. With the support of Meir Ezra and by following the processes the clients will achieve and in most cases exceed their success expectations. I am very happy to be able to write this with such certainty.

May your success exceed your most amazing dreams and desires!

Steve Pohlit

To make 2015 and 2016 your most successful years ever, you need exciting goals.

The following article is excerpted from "How to Set Exciting Goals You Can Reach," a free e-booklet you can download at www.tipsforsuccess.org/goals-link.htm.

"Without goals, hopes, ambitions or dreams, the attainment of pleasure is nearly impossible." -- L. Ron Hubbard

Fifteen Signs You Need to Set Some Goals

1. You want to accomplish something great, but you don't know what to do.

2. Even though you are busy, you accomplish little.

3. Little problems seem like big problems.

4. You hate your work or other parts of your life.

5. Nothing interests or excites you; you have little passion for what you are doing.

6. Staying focused or concentrating is difficult.

7. You are waiting for someone else to give you opportunities or make you successful.

8. Even if you seem more successful than others, you are still unhappy.

9. You spread out a little work to fill your whole day.

10. Your life seems to be going downhill.

11. Your days are filled with meaningless motion.

12. Negative feelings are controlling your life: apathy, depression, fear, grief, pain, hopelessness, anxiety, anger, jealousy, revenge and so on.

13. You wonder what will happen to you in the future.

14. You know your potential is unlimited, yet you do not change.

15. Life does not contain much happiness or pleasure.

Even if you realize you need to set goals, you might use one or more of the following excuses.
